Los intereses de los documentos de créditos y de los bonos de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero que el contratista dé en garantía serán cobrados por éste, a menos que el Gobierno le haya ordenado al Banco de la República la retención en el caso previsto en el inciso 4º del artículo 13. Cuando haya recibido esa orden el Banco dará cumplimiento a la citada disposición.
