Régimen sancionatorio. Antes de la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto, el Gobierno Nacional expedirá el régimen sancionatorio aplicable a las personas jurídicas titulares de la habilitación de depósitos, por faltas administrativas al régimen aduanero. La Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales podrá imponer, según la gravedad de la falta sanción pecuniaria, suspensión y/o cancelación definitiva de la habilitación del depósito.
