º . Terminación de la vinculación. La supresión de un cargo dará lugar a la terminación de los contratos de trabajo de los trabajadores oficiales y del vínculo legal y reglamentario de los empleados públicos, sin que se requiera autorización o intervención de autoridad alguna, salvo los tramites relacionados con el fuero sindical.
