Estructura del manual tarifario. De acuerdo con los hechos generadores establecidos en el artículo 4º de la Ley 399 de 1997, el "Manual de tarifas para el cobro de los servicios prestados por el INVIMA" que hace parte integral del presente decreto se estructura así: i) La categoría o clasificación del trámite, agrupado por producto o servicio de competencia del INVIMA, ii) Un código de identificación tarifario con el propósito de que el interesado identifique el tipo de servicio que solicite, iii) Concepto que describe el servicio y, iv) Valor expresado en UVR.
