Con la demanda deberá acompañarse la copia del acto que se acusa, debidamente autenticada. Si la corporación o funcionario que profirió el acto o hizo el nombramiento no expidiere oportunamente la copia, deberá expresarse así en la demanda para que se procede según lo dispuesto en el articulo 127.
