LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2º Entiéndese por empresas particulares de construcción, para los mismos efectos, todas las personas naturales o jurídicas que emprendan y realicen en un tiempo mayor de 30 días, una o varias obras de las indicadas en el artículo anterior, con un personal de 20 o más asalariados, en promedio.
