El prefecto de la Provincia de Nuñez deberá enviar a la Gobernación del Departamento una copia de la escritura pública en que se haya constituido por el Tesorero de la Junta la correspondiente caución hipotecaria y una copia de los actos judiciales en que conste el avalúo pericial del inmueble. Los peritos que hayan de hacer dicho avalúo, deberán ser nombrados por el Juez del Circuito.
