ARTICULO 35 . MODIFICACION La Licencia Ambiental podrá ser modificada total o parcialmente en los siguientes casos

A solicitud del beneficiario de la Licencia Ambiental, en consideración a la variación de las condiciones existentes al momento de otorgar la Licencia Ambiental.

Por iniciativa de la autoridad ambiental competente o del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, cuando hayan variado de manera sustancial las circunstancias existentes al momento de otorgarla.
