El Fondo podrá contratar con entidades o agencias que funcionen en el exterior, los estudios tendientes a fomentar las exportaciones, realizar promociones para la venta de productos colombianos y en general, para que actúen como colaboradores del Fondo en el cumplimiento de los objetivos que este debe desempeñar en el exterior, de conformidad con las normas vigentes sobre la materia.
