Art 1°. Reconócese de utilidad pública la obra del desagüe de la laguna de Fúquene i pantanos adyacentes, en los Estados de Cundinamarca i Boyacá. En consecuencia autorízale al Poder Ejecutivo para que suscriba acciones en esta empresa hasta por una suma que represente la mitad del capital social presupuesto para la realizacion de la obra.
