La certificación sobre ejercicio del cargo de Director General, así como de los miembros de la Junta Directiva serán expedidos por el Ministro de Salud Pública. Lo referente a los demás funcionarios y empleados del Instituto así como las demás certificaciones que deban darse las expedirá el Director General o la persona a quien éste confiera tal atribución.
