Artículo segundo. A partir del 1° de enero de 1958, y con destino al fomento de la producción de algodón, establécese la cuota de fomento sobre consumo de algodón e hilazas, en los siguientes términos

Tres centavos ($0.03), por kilogramo de algodón, fibra que consuman las fábricas textiles del país;

Diez centavos ($ 0.10) por cada kilogramo de hilazas de algodón que se importan al país.
