Funciones específicas de la Superintendencia Delegada para Energía y Gas Combustible. Serán funciones específicas de la Superintendencia Delegada para Energía y Gas Combustible, las siguientes

Proyectar, para la firma del Superintendente, el concepto que autorice, en el marco de los contratos de concesión, la sustitución al concesionario, en la prestación del servicio público domiciliario de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 63 de la Ley 143 de 1994.

Apoyar al Superintendente de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios en las funciones del Comité de Seguridad Gas Licuado Petróleo.

Ejercer la inspección y vigilancia sobre los mercados mayoristas de energía eléctrica y gas combustible.
