Artículo cuarto. El subsidio al transporte público colectivo urbano continuará siendo administrado por la Corporación Financiera del Transporte. El Gobierno Nacional reconocerá mensualmente a la Corporación Financiera del Transporte el costo de la administración del subsidio.

Parágrafo

A Partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto y para el año de 1978 el Gobierno Nacional reconocerá a la corporación Financiera del Transporte la suma de ochocientos pesos ($ 800.00) mensuales por vehículo inscrito en el programa de subsidio.
