Todo el que haya recibido una guía da amparo para conservar o vender tabaco está en la obligación de devolverla a la oficina de la Administración tan pronto como termine la existencia de tabaco amparado con ella. De la misma manera, el que reciba una guía de conducción o transporte está obligado a entregarla en la Administración del Municipio donde termine el viaje, tan pronto como éste se verifique.
