Art 305. Dentro del término que fije el Administrador al estender el permiso para la carga, deberá presentarle cada cargador un manifiesto por triplicado de las mercancías que se propone trasportar, con todos los pormenores exijidos por los artículos 42 i 86, i ademas el nombre del buque en que se importaron, i la fecha de la liquidacion con que se compruebe que dichos efectos pagaron los respectivos derechos de importacion.
