Para contribuir al desarrollo del Municipio de Toledo, facultase al Gobierno Nacional para que de conformidad con lo establecido en los numerales 11 y 20 del artículo 76 y artículo 79 de la Constitución Nacional, realice las siguientes inversiones con estricta sujeción a los planes y programas de desarrollo:

a)

Construcción y dotación del edificio del Colegio Departamental Integrado "Guillermo Cote Bautista";

b)

Construcción del acueducto y alcantarillado;

c)

Ampliación y dotación del Centro de Salud Pedro Antonio Villamizar;

d)

Construcción de un hotel de turismo;

e)

Reconstrucción del templo, Santuario del "Santo Cristo", patrono de la Parroquia;

f)

Pavimentación de las calles de Toledo;

g)

Ampliación y pavimentación de la carretera a Chinácota;

h)

Construcción del Polideportivo.
