Recibida por el Gobernador o por el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, la solicitud de reconocimiento de personería jurídica, con anexos y el concepto del Secretario de Educación respectivo, dichos funcionarios dispondrán del término de un mes para emitir la resolución correspondiente.
Parágrafo
Contra el acto administrativo que resuelva la solicitud de otorgamiento de personería jurídica, procederá el recurso de reposición en los términos señalados en el artículo 51 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
