Decreto 3136 de 1956 · Por el cual se establece un gravamen de carácter nacional sobre los formularios del "5 y 6" y concursos similares, con destino a la Asistencia Pública y se modifica el Decreto extraordinario número 1092 de 1956

Artículo primero. El artículo primero del Decreto número 1092 de 1956 quedará así: "Artículo primero. Establécese un impuesto equivalente al quince por ciento (15%), sobre el total de las sumas recaudadas en las apuestas del 5 y 6, o similares. Para efecto de este impuesto se tendrá en cuenta el total de la suma recaudada por el valor de los formularios y de las sumas jugadas. "

Parágrafo

La Secretaría Nacional de Asistencia Social SENDAS invertirá el impuesto en actividades de asistencia social en los respectivos Departamentos, en la misma proporción que se recaude en cada uno de ellos".
