LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 18. Excepciones.

No habrá lugar al pago de la indemnización establecida en el artículo 16, en el evento de que se cause en favor del empleado en derecho a la prensión de invalidez a que se refiere al capítulo XII de este Decreto.
