Trámite. En los municipios donde haya dos o más jueces de la misma categoría, la petición de hábeas corpus se someterá a reparto inmediato entre dichos funcionarios. El juez al que se reparta no podrá ser recusado en ningún caso. Recibida la solicitud, el juez decretará inmediatamente una inspección a las diligencias que pudieren existir en el asunto que dio origen a la petición la que se practicará a más tardar dentro de las doce (12) horas siguientes.
