Reclamaciones . Las reclamaciones de los participantes por inconformidad con los puntajes obtenidos en las pruebas serán tramitadas y resueltas por la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil o por la entidad delegada, según sea el caso, de conformidad con el Decreto-ley 760 de 2005 y de las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan.
