Artículo vigesimosexto. El presente Estatuto regirá desde la fecha, de su expedición, y sólo podrá ser modificado por la Junta, del Instituto Caro y Cuervo, mediante Acuerdo, aprobado en dos (2) debates, por propia iniciativa o a peor puesta del Consejo del Centro.
