° El decomiso de aeronaves o bienes decretado por la Dirección General de Aduanas se hará efectivo una vez quede en firme la decisión correspondiente. Para este efecto, la Administración de Aduanas competente comunicará al juez la decisión y éste ordenará de inmediato la entrega de las aeronaves o bienes afectados al Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas. El Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas podrá enajenar o rematar en el país o en el exterior, los bienes decomisados.
