Concedido el permiso de que trata el presente Decreto, se otorgará la escritura de hipoteca, si se hubiere pactado esta garantía, y luego se dará cumplimiento a los requisitos exigidos en el artículo 222 del Decreto 2521 de 1950. La resolución favorable de la Superintendencia será registrada, protocolizada y publicada con los documentos a que se refiere el artículo 222 precitado.
