amends ley 9/89 amends ley 09/89

El inciso 3º, del artículo 33 de la Ley 9º de 1989, quedará así:

"Las obligaciones anteriores no se aplicarán a los bienes adquiridos en desarrollo de los literales c), d), e) y k) del artículo 10 y los del artículo 56 de la presente Ley, y los adquiridos por entidades públicas en virtud de contratos de fiducia mercantil antes de la vigencia de la Ley 9º de 1989".
