Los protocolos, lineamientos e instructivos para la implementación y uso adecuado del Sistema Único de Gestión e Información Litigiosa del Estado (eKOGUI), serán fijados por la Dirección de Gestión de Información de la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado y tendrán carácter vinculante para las entidades y organismos que se encuentran dentro del ámbito de aplicación del presente decreto.
