Desde que éntre en vigencia la presente Ley, quedará suprimida la Superintendencia de las Salinas Marítimas creada por el artículo 4° de la Ley 63 de 1918 . Las funciones de dicha Superintendencia las ejercerá en lo sucesivo el Interventor Fiscal de que trata la presente Ley.
