Artículo único. Los empleados encargados de recaudar el impuesto denominado derecho de registro por los documentos que oonforme á la ley deban revestirse de esta formalidad, exigirán á los interesados ó contratantes juramento hecho en forma legal de que el valor declarado ante aquéllos es el verdadero y efectivo de los contratos ú operaciones para los cuales solicitan éstos boleta de registro. Comuníquese y publíquese.
