Declárase de cargo de la Nación la construcción de un parque en San Pedro Alejandrino, en homenaje a la memoria del Libertador, y en los terrenos que en dicho lugar posee el Departamento del Magdalena, si para tal efecto fueren cedidos por éste.

Parágrafo

Dicho parque llevará el nombre de Parque Nacional de San Pedro Alejandrino.
