Artículo primero. La planeación y ejecución de la campaña contra la diabetes en el territorio nacional estará a cargo del Ministerio de Salud Pública, División de Epidemiología, la cual se realizará con participación de los Servicios Seccionales y Locales de Salud.

Parágrafo

Créase el Comité Nacional de Lucha contra la Diabetes como organismo consultivo y asesor del Ministerio de Salud Pública.
