En adelante la Comisión Nacional de Precios de Medicamentos de que trata el artículo 245 de la Ley 100 de 1993 , se denominará Comisión Nacional de Precios de Medicamentos y Dispositivos Médicos, y tendrá a su cargo la formulación y la regulación de la política de precios de medicamentos y dispositivos médicos.
