La Junta Directiva Estará Integrada Por Los Siguientes Miembros: - El Ministro De Salud O El Viceministro, Como Su Delegado, Quien La Presidirá

° La Junta Directiva estará integrada por los siguientes miembros: - El Ministro de Salud o el Viceministro, como su delegado, quien la presidirá. - El Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su delegado. - El Director General de Colciencias o su delegado. - El Director General de Planeación del Ministerio de Salud o quien haga sus veces. - Un representante de la comunidad científica designado por el Presidente de la República.

Parágrafo 1

El Director General del Instituto forma parte de la Junta Directiva, con derecho a voz pero no a voto.

Parágrafo 2

El Secretario General del Instituto o quien haga sus veces desempeñará las funciones de Secretario de la Junta Directiva.
