Las sentencias de los consejos de guerra verbales se consultarán ante el Tribunal Superior Militar, si no fueren apeladas. La apelación podrá interponerse en el acto de la notificación o dentro de los dos días siguientes y el recurso, será resuelto por la presidencia del consejo de guerra, o en su defecto, por quien tiene la facultad de convocarlo.
