Fíjanse los cómputos del Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital del Tesoro de la Nación para la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1980, en la cantidad de ciento cincuenta y tres mil setecientos noventa y siete millones setecientos sesenta y seis mil pesos (153.797.766.000.00), moneda legal, según los pormenores siguientes y descompuestos por numerales, así:
