Art. 32. El territorio de cada Departamento se dividirá para los efectos relacionados con la Inspección del Ramo de Instrucción pública, en Provincias y en Municipios, cuyas circunscripciones serán las que tienen en la actualidad mientras la Ley ó el Gobierno no dispongan otra cosa, de acuerdo con el artículo 7.o de la Constitución.
