Asignación de Frecuencias. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones reglamentará, en un término no mayor a 60 días a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, el procedimiento para otorgar el permiso para el uso de frecuencias radioeléctricas en desarrollo de los programas de que trata el presente decreto.
