º . Envío de la declaración para su inscripción. La declaración mencionada deberá ser remitida en forma inmediata por la autoridad receptora, a la Dirección General para los Derechos Humanos del Ministerio del Interior o a la sede de la entidad en la que se haya delegado la inscripción de que trata el numeral 2 del artículo 32 de la Ley 387 de 1997, en el respectivo departamento. El incumplimiento de este mandato será objeto de investigación disciplinaria por el correspondiente órgano de control.
