Art. 1.º Desde la sanción de la presente ley los precios de la venta de la sal, en las Administraciones del ramo, serán los siguientes por cada doce y medio kilogramos:

Parágrafo

Si la sal de Cumaral y Upín no alcanzare á contener 65 por 100 de cloruro de sodio, el Poder Ejecutivo le fijará el precio de treinta centavos por cada doce y medio kilogramos.
