REEMPLAZO. En los casos señalados en el artículo anterior y en el de remoción, renuncia o falta absoluta, la Superintendencia de Sociedades designará el reemplazo entre los miembros de la misma categoría; si no existiere ninguno, la designación podrá recaer en un miembro de cualquier otra.
