Art. 6°. Es presunción legal, y por lo mismo prueba plena para imponer la pena de falsificador de billetes nacionales, el ser el sindicado ocupante ó mero tenedor de casa ó edificio rústico ó urbano, ó de alguna dependencia de éstos en que se encuentren máquinas, instrumentos ó materiales adecuados para la fabricación de papel - moneda . Contra esta prueba sólo se admitirá la que plenamente justifique que otro ha sido el falsificador.
