º. Los docentes de las universidades estatales y oficiales del orden departamental, municipal y distrital que se vinculen, a la institución respectiva, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto y quienes optaron por el régimen salarial y prestacional establecido en el Decreto 1444 de 1992 efectuarán los aportes a la previsión social en los términos establecidos en las normas legales vigentes.
