° . La Circunscripción 1 será servida por dos Visitadores, y por uno cada una de las demás. El Ministro de Hacienda, designará los Visitadores que deban ejercer ordinariamente sus funciones en cada Circunscripción, y podrá, cuando lo juzgue conveniente, disponer que aquéllos pase de una Circunscripción a otra, Además podrá el Ministro disponer que cualquier Visitador practique ocasionalmente visitas en determinadas oficinas sin sujetarle a la jurisdicción ordinaria de éste.
