Si dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la fuga se presentare voluntariamente el fugado a las autoridades, se le disminuirá la pena en que haya incurrido por este delito hasta en las dos terceras partes, sin perjuicio de las sanciones disciplinarias a que haya lugar.
