El secretario, por solicitud verbal o escrita, puede expedir certificaciones sobre la existencia de procesos, el estado de los mismos y la ejecutoria de providencias judiciales, sin necesidad de auto que las ordene. El juez expedirá certificaciones sobre hechos ocurridos en su presencia y en ejercicio de sus funciones de que no haya constancia en el expediente, y en los demás casos autorizados por la ley.
