Dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la fecha en que aparezca publicada en el DIARIO OFICIAL la resolución a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el interesado deberá designar el perito que le corresponde y comunicarlo así al Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos.
