Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior podrán concurrir la Nación, el departamento de Boyacá y el municipio de Villa de Leyva a través de convenios interadministrativos; para ello realizarán las necesarias y correspondientes apropiaciones presupuestales necesarias.

Ley 1717 de 2014 · por la cual la Nación se vincula y rinde honores al municipio de Villa de Leyva en el departamento de Boyacá, al conmemorarse el Bicentenario del Primer Congreso de las Provincias Unidas de la Nueva Granada, se enaltece el nacimiento de nuestra primera institución republicana y se dictan otras disposiciones.
