De los convenios de intercambio de información. La Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia, podrá celebrar convenios interadministrativos con entidades oficiales y organismos internacionales para el intercambio de información, que permita cumplir con las funciones propias del ejercicio del control migratorio, para lo cual se hará el traslado de la reserva legal de la información a que hace referencia el presente capítulo.
