º Los adjudicatarios del plan de vivienda suiza realizado por la Cruz Roja Suiza, la Misión Diplomática y el Fondo de Reconstrucción "Resurgir", en Guayabal, Tolima, identificado por el Registro Catastral número 00-03-201-0028-000 "En Danubio", únicamente cancelarán por concepto de derechos de instrumentos públicos y por una vez el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la tarifa vigente, liquidados sobre el valor catastral fijado al inmueble respectivo.
