El Ministro de Instrucción y Salubridad Publicas dictara las disposiciones necesarias para que el Laboratorio conserve la organización comercial que tenía cuando lo adquirió el Gobierno, y en esta forma el Laboratorio atenderá las ventas, los despachos a los agentes, etc., y adquirirá los elementos y materias primas que necesite para su correcto funcionamiento.
